Why doesn't Broward Days provide a charter plane or bus?

For a number of years, Broward Days offered a charter plane. Rising fuel costs have since made it cost prohibitive. The motor trip to and from Tallahassee amounts to more than a full business day. Most of the participants of Broward Days are businesspeople or employed by business organizations, who cannot afford the loss of another full day.
